Watch the new music video for the American Author’s song “Best Day of My Life”.
Warning: this song may get stuck in your head for awhile. It will also make you very, very happy.
Listen to this catchy new single, “Higher”, from the Canadian born rapper, Classified. B.o.B accompanies him on the track and together they give us a flawlessly updated version of Jackie Wilson’s “Higher and Higher”.
Matt Easton is “blowing up in the limelight”. He is one of the best young frat rappers out there today and his single “Jet Life” has all the makings of a college anthem.
The kid is definitely motivated by the finer things in life and if he keeps producing tracks of this quality he may just reach his lofty dreams. Although, finding Natalie Portman under his covers sounds like a tall order.
Watch the indie band, The Colourist, lay down their single “We Won’t Go Home” for The Wilcox Sessions. I was immediately hooked on this band when I first heard their single “Little Games”. Seeing that they had a kick ass female drummer was an added plus. Although they have a very summery/pleasant sound, The Colourist know how to rock. Just check out their Zeppelin style instrumentals towards the end of the set.
Pharrell, the do-everything talent, reveals that his new full-length album ‘G I R L’ will be released on March 3rd. Accompanying the nine other tracks on ‘G I R L’ will be the smash hit and Grammy nominated song from Despicable Me 2, “Happy”.
Check out the half-minute preview above, which is played over a classy violin symphony. It’s so moving that Pharrell can’t help but shed a tear. ’G I R L’ is available for pre-order at iTunes.
Check out The White Buffalo’s cover of Bruce Springsteen’s “I’m on Fire”. With his bearish voice and classic finger-picking style, The White Buffalo puts together a new rendition that the Boss would be proud of.

Here is the new single and music video from Daft Punk titled ‘Instant Crush’. The Strokes front man, Julian Casablanca provides the smooth vocals to go along with the robotic beat. Ryan Gosling’s character in Drive would be crushing the repeat button for this tune. Check it out and see if you like it, just as much as he would.
